Shipping and Fulfillment
Most items in our shop are sold on a made to order basis. This means that once you purchase your item, we will paint it and ship it to you as soon as it's completed. Because of this, manufacturing typically takes between 6-8 weeks on average, but may take up to 10-12 weeks during high volume times around sales and holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking unless otherwise specially requested. Tracking will be provided immediately upon shipment via our carrier.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because of the custom nature of our products, most of our items are non-refundable. Once your order is placed, it is final and we will begin to work on it. Order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing your order to be considered for cancellation. Order cancellation requests after 24 hours will be denied.

If your item arrives damaged or broken, we will offer an exchange. Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your item. Exchange requests received after 48 hours will be denied. Evidence of damage in the form of pictures or videos must be provided before an exchange request will be granted.

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. In the event we accept a return, the item must be in new, unused condition and include all packaging components. This includes any boxes, cords, cables, or other packaging materials that were shipped with your item. Damaged or missing components will be deducted from the refund price. Return address will be provided when return request is granted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives broken or damaged. Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your item.
